Since 2009, Claire Schneider has been selling her artisanal baked goods at farmer's markets and coffee shops in the Schomberg and Nobleton, Ontario area. Rooted in the belief that nothing tastes better than from scratch baking, Claire offers cakes, pies, breads and cookies that will please even the most fussy palette.
